Absolutely! Our website is built on a highly secure platform used by many of the leading international retailers and includes an SSL Certificate (HTTPS) providing a secure connection between your browser and the website.

Using websites that have an SSL Certificate installed means that the website's identity has been authenticated and any interactions (account creation, transactions, contact forms etc) with the website are encrypted.

You can verify that a website you are viewing is secure by it's web address, which should start with HTTPS instead of HTTP and displays a padlock next to the address in your browser.

Our customer's security is highly important to us, for that reason we do not take credit card payments over the phone.

It depends on the product, some items are from "one off" collections that the brands release throughout the year and other items are standard stock that can be reordered. If an item you're interested in isn't currently available please reach out to us and we can investigate if it can be sourced it from the manufacturer. 

No worries! We understand that ordering online eliminates the option to try before you buy, with that in mind we have included on each product page the sizing chart for that particular brand that you can refer to. We have found that the UK sizing is generally the same as the AUS sizing.

Another way to check the sizing before you purchase the product is to contact us to provide additional measurements. We do this by laying the item flat on a table and measure the bust/hips/length etc depending on the item you are after and sent them to you to compare with something else in your wardrobe. We would be more than happy to provide this service to you to make sure sizing is spot on.

This depends on what is out there, we try to only choose high quality, stylish, unique outfits. Each brand is different, some release new collections every season and others once a year and we prefer to select outfits that are different from existing stock.

We will gladly refund your order as long as it is returned per the conditions on our Shipping & Returns page. As we are a small local business we are unfortunately unable to absorb the shipping costs at this stage and therefore the Australia Post fees are non-refundable. In the instance that free shipping is provided and the entire order is cancelled, you'll receive a refund minus the cost to ship.

As we continue to grow we will keep looking into ways to provide great value in shipping to our customers and thank you for your support.

Absolutely! Similar to your local retailer we also need to process this as a separate transaction by refunding the existing item allowing our customers to purchase the new item in separately that means you'll also get a new receipt.

Some customers choose to purchase the replacement item instantly rather than wait for the original product to return to us for a refund to speed up the process and avoid the possibility of the item selling out. 

Free standard shipping is offered to orders delivered to Australian addresses only for orders over $150.

We aim to ship items no later than 2-3 business days, you will receive a notification from our store once the order has shipped that includes a tracking number. Australia Post have their own policies when it comes to delivery timeframes that you can find on their website by calculating shipping from Brisbane, Queensland to your location.
